I am sure that I will not be the only one to offer to you the age old adage
that the man who never made a mistake never made anything, but having
subscribed to this list for some time, and having read some of the articles
on the polfed site, there are entrenched positions and, to put it mildly,
strong views on both sides.
I am sure that a degree of bridge building and rapprochement between police
and shooters is possible, while I accept that there are those on both sides
of the divide who will never be willing recognise the validity of the
opposite view.
Your input was welcome and constructive, I for one am glad that you have
stayed in touch. Let's see what you can do for Dave's blood pressure this
time round!
