Please could you make sure when you are sending stuff for publication that it is in plain text, not HTML encoded. In theory the gateways are supposed to automatically do this but often they don't and I end up with a scrambled message with all the headers added onto it which takes time to clear up. If you are using Outlook Express (which uses HTML encoding by default), go to Tools on the toolbar, click options, and then click on the "send" tab. There is an option there for mail sending format, set it to plain text. Steve.
