By inference Mr Straw will be acknowledging that he approves of the idea
that we have a national pistol team and that they need to practise.
How does he propose that people aspire to said team if any means of training
or competing is denied to them?
I realise that logic is not a major qualification for government office but
surely some budding Paxman is going to push for that particular circle to be
squared.
