Er - pardon. What is this supposed to mean - not to tell anyone?
Is this the guy we were all waiting the outcome of a court case from to see
how to pursue our own individual cases. What's happened here? A case
of I'm all right jack the rest of you fight it out for yourselves.

David Steed told me not to tell anyone until the Home Office had
actually coughed up the money - there was no point mentioning
anything until then in case they changed their minds. I'm still
not sure that they have coughed up the money.
