I have not received my set of 7x5 glossies I ordered from the Special Branch
photographers at the last march, if this carries on I am not going to get
them to take any more pictures. More importantly, shame on the hotels in
Bayswater for allowing them on their roofs to spy on us in the first place
because WE ARE NOT CRIMINALS. To be honest their work was a waste of their
time, they could have asked any of the marshals for their name and they
would have received a polite reply. The police officers in uniform enjoyed
their time accompanying us because we were the first lot they had ever seen
who picked up the litter in Trafalgar Square (and spoke to them in a civil
manner). Being there has not harmed me in any way but I do wonder what goes
through the heads of the "establishment" figure who orders the surveillance.
