I wasn't saying or equating murder or rape with hunting, just pointing out
that it does not help the pro-hunting argument to state that if you have not
taken part, or witnessed an event or happening (in their case a hunt) that
you cannot have a valid opinion. The houndsports lobby really do shoot
themselves in the foot with some of the things they say. It would be far
more honest to simply say that they enjoyed it, and, if as part of that the
fox population was selectively culled by survival of the fittest and
elimination of the weakest then why not do it in that way?

I am convinced though that if the majority of the population had
been to a pistol club at least once and seen what we do then the ban
would not have happened.
