Lord Kimball is a life peer, so he still a sitting member of House of Lords.
What is to be decried is that BASC did not contact every hereditary peer
with a "voting list" of those hereditaries friendly to shooting when those
peers who inherited titles selected the ninety-two of their number who could
stay in the H of L.
I looked at those who did get "elected". Many are those who voted with the
Conservative Government to ban hand guns.
