Is the same Sir Malcolm Guthrie Bt. standing for election to BASC the same
Ir Malcolm who used to be an RFD in Birmingham? Can anyone remember why he
is no longer an RFD?

There was an RFD whose name I forget in Birmingham who was also the
President of the GTA at one point who got nobbled essentially for poor
record keeping as he had lost track of several submachineguns that I
suspected had probably been deactivated prior to the 1988 Act and he
had simply not noted anything in his books.
Dunno if this is the same guy.
