Yes it's the same man, he stopped being an RFD because he was fed up with
the bureaucracy and business wasn't that brilliant so he sold up. From
what I know the mistakes in his register were only discovered after he
handed them in to the police when he closed the business down.
I have met him socially on a couple of occasions, he seems a decent sort and
very pro-active (there's that word again) and would do well shaking up the
BASC.
