I know the 10mm model 20 Glocks were a problem when they first came into the
country.
A friend at the time had his money down for nearly twelve months and got one
of the first in the country and the one I got had an early serial number.
Both of them had a habit of letting rip two or three round bursts.
On returning mine to the importers via a dealer I discovered we weren't the
only ones with the problem. Although there was "nothing wrong with them"
mine went back for a free modification and never did it again. Unfortunately
just installing a selector switch wasn't an option.
I don't buy the gas attack excuse, with some members of clubs I've been in
there would have been ND's every night and fella's being what they are in
exclusively male company I seriously doubt it's the first time anyone has
dropped one in this guy's presence. I suspect a deliberately theatrical
wafting!
Depending which hand he was using to cover his offended olfactory organ he
could have ended up with a hooter looking a lot worse than that Daniella
Westbrooks ever did.
This is all assuming that Sun journalists never lie!!!!
