From: James Walton, [EMAIL PROTECTED] Dear Cybershooters, According to today's Sun one of the men arrested over the murder of Stephen Lawrence has now been arrested for carrying an extendable baton in his car. I understand that carrying one in a public place could be dodgy (despite the recent work of Michael Burke in this area), but is the inside of a car really a public place? James -- Yes, I'm pretty sure it is considered to be when the vehicle is on a public road.
