"agreement" has a problem with the Chief of his security detail. The man
has 20+ years experience as a cop, and has managed to stay on the public
payroll 5 years past mandatory retirement age. His problem? He seems
to forget his "State Department Property" attach� case in public
places. His Glock 9 is in the case, loaded with spare mags. Apparently
this has happened about 6 times in the last year.
