So, your first step should be to write a letter to the FCS asking politely for the payment of interest on your delayed compensation payments. If you encourage enough of your fellow shooters to do the same, the FCS will get a good idea of the kind of battle it will face if it decides to fight these claims for interest in court. All this will cost you is a little time and a postage stamp. You could even help your fellow shooters by offering to print suitable letters for them, using a spreadsheet mail-merged with a word-processing document to automate the whole process.
