Why can't we wait until David Steed has won his county court claim - or even be concurrent with it- and prepare a class action suit and hit the H-O all at once. I also have stuff that the FCS refuses to pay for that has been retained by the police even though I've written 3 times asking for it back. I could also sue them for unlawfully depriving me of my property (theft). Let's really make it hurt by standing together on this one, Lord knows (as does the H-O) we are easily divided.
