jim, you just got a riding buddy. I am also interested in a
intermediate paced ride. tales of the COWS 30 MPH "recovery rides"
make me cringe. Where do you start riding? It's a bit late notice
for today, but I'm in for Mondays at 2:45 and Sundays at 9:00. and I
can make Saturday rides after about 2:30. Tues-Fri I'm at work during
your 2:45 ride.

send me an e-mail if you like or post to the group,
will newton

PS- Are you my cousin Jim Hart? : )
