The Wednesday ride started with 7 riders. Mike K., David C., David D., Chris H., Matt, new guy Dan and myself. Very nice 20 mph pace to start; then increased as the ride continued to Lucama. Blalock road was feisty as usual with several attacks. More attacks on the Airport Road home stretch and up several overpasses. I bypassed the Y recovery drink and headed home for a real one.
