Saturday, Nick, Ralph, Doc, Jeff, SteveS and I did the Nashville ride, 43 miles consistant speed rolling 20/21. Only two sprint attacks a well behaved group.
Sunday Nick and I went out at the usual time as Tim and Doc went early. A balmy 90 degrees stiff SW wind, when we started, 92 when we finished. Did the whili-gig ride, first half at Goldsboro pace, tailwind at Ronnie pace. Our recovery drinks probably tasted better than any others.
