I must have been late for the 7:30 ride Saturday - tried to catch y'all but gave out of juice. Ended up doing 40 on my own - Liles Rd, 581 through Bailey, 42 back in.

Only two sprint attacks a well behaved group. Sunday Nick and I went out at the usual time as Tim and Doc went early. A balmy 90 degrees stiff SW wind, when we started, 92 when we finished. Did the whili-gig ride, first half at Goldsboro pace, tailwind at Ronnie pace. Our recovery drinks probably tasted better than any others.
