Just another day at the office. Kinnie, John from Rocky Mount and I rode 79 miles this afternoon. We did a loop around Wilson from Nashville. Leaving Nashville we toured Elm City, Saratoga, Stantonsburg, Black Creek and Lucama back to Nashville. Nice little rain shower as we were approaching Cattail Road which really felt good in the 93 degree heat. I really hope KP enjoyed her recovery 10k run afterwards. Me, I prefer recovery drinks. Anybody riding in the morning?
