Hi Bert and Tim,  Winds were brutal today just during my run.  I am open to
juggling things around and riding on Thursday.  The forecast is a slight relief
from winds; ie. 8-10 mph down from 10-14 mph.  Or we can go as planned
tomorrow.  3, 40 mile loops sounds great.  Bert, that's atleast two refueling
stops.  I've never done 120 miles myself.  As a result we keep speeds under
control; 17 to 20 mph is our range.  (Winds might even slow that down.)
Tim, were you thinking the Whitakers loop w/o Hilliardston and the cat 3 hills
added on?   That's NE Red Oak isn't it?  Let me know your preference of days as
soon as possible so I can make some changes if need be.

Thanks, Kinnie

ok,  out of beginner curiosity
when you do this 120m, kind of distance
what pace do you avg?  How often do
you stop and take a quick break?

have you decided on 3-40m loops
or 2-60m loops?  where do you start?
curious....

thanks
bert
