Due to the length of the ride and the very
windy conditions tomorrow we are moving the ride to Thursday morning. The
plan is to ride (2) 45 mile loops. KP will then be left with a 30 mile
recovery loop addition that I may or may not have anything left for. We
usually leave from Red Oak but sometimes I’ll start from Nashville if we pick
up any riders from the
south. KP will do all the headwind pulls as part of her intense training.

ok, out of beginner curiosity
when you do this 120m, kind of distance
what pace do you avg? How often do
you stop and take a quick break?

have you decided on 3-40m loops
or 2-60m loops? where do you start?
curious....

thanks
bert

I would love company for any or all of the ride. Because I have to
take children to school, the earliest I can start would be 8:15-8:30.
Weather looks good: high of 80 deg. (rather than the 94 we had for last
week's long ride). I could try to map two 60 mile loops, or three 40 mile
loops (or maybe Tim could map those for me since I seem to be
flat-road-challenged). Let me know if you are interested in joining
me. Kinnie- Hide quoted text -
