... Finally someone agrees w/me! Yea!
....got some good tips from the weekend ride. Hips moving and stay in the wind train. rode ~26m Wpm avg ~16mph on the hybrid. Yep, hips digging in so I focused on spinning w/ technique instead of w/ muscle. Felt a lot smoother. Help bump up my avg?...not sure yet but it felt better. Same as swimming -cannot muscle thru the water. To take it to the next level-technique is key. Focus dude! ...oh yea, and breath deep. Or grit.
