The web site has now been updated with all the 2010 info. Carmichael Training is a sponsor this year and will have some of their staff there. If any CoW's are looking for the ultimate cycling challenge then this is for you! 100 miles and 13,000 vertical feet of climbs. For comparison, It takes me a month to collect that much climb in Wilson County, and I ride 6 days a week. The REGISTER button is still locked on the web site. (Opens Feb. 1st) A few CoW's and other local riders have expressed interest this year.
