I'm riding tonight but I will be doing intervals. 10 miles at easy/mid pase then 3/2 X6 (hard for 3min easy for 2min) then 10 miles easy/mid pase home. Have not looked to see wind direction so not sure where I will ride yet. I'll come by checkers to see if anyone wants to join me ...I don't plan to do much drafting (if any) on this ride. This is probably what I will do each week in the month of April in prep for my race.
