I need to loose another 5 to 7 pounds so that I can fit comfortably
in my CoW jersey for the next Brevet.
Congrats on the average but most of all welcome to the world of
single speed.
It's a great training tool. No sissy gears on the climbs!

Chris, Sam G and I ride with lead pack at 22. Sam drops at first
SAG and I drop about 10 mins later. Chris? Hangs until final few miles and
avg of 22+ for 75 mi!! Killer ride in the new COWs kit. I come in at 20+ avg
and Sam is at 19++ Tim L would be proud of me. Rear derauiller breaks and I'm
single speed for last 35 mi. In the smallest cog in the back. Sooooooore legs.
Jason and Troy do the 50 in COWs gear and ride hard for a great
finish.
Roads were terrible. Dogs were terrible. Double quarterpounder
after was terrific.
