Tim Sharp, Ronnie, Kim, Chris, Steve, and myself took off for Rock Ridge. I dropped and I give thanks to Kim for helping me with this weeks cardiac rehab. We had a great ride. 32 miles at non-winning pace but HR was at a record. Doc
