If you can ride during the weekday I can think of a few folks you can ride
with.  As a matter of fact, we are leaving today at 10:00a.m. from Tim Lucas'
office in Nashville for 30 mls.  We are staying on the slower end of that 18-20
mph range as we are tapering for races and brevets coming up this weekend.  If
you are interested, let us know and Tim can email the address and directions.
kp  I have to add that the COWS have some excellent and strong riders (easily
in that mph range) that also ride in the evenings and weekends.  So you have
lots of options.

Hello all, my name is Derek.  I'm brand new to the group and live just off
of NC Hwy 97 on Sugar Hill Rd.  I was wondering if there was anybody here that
rides around the 18/19/20 mph pace that I might be able to get together with to
start doing some riding on a regular basis.  I was thinking maybe about 130 to
150 miles a week to start with?

Very respectfully,
Derek J. Belhumeur
