Quad maps say only 12% near the summit.  I was factoring in the 96
degree heat, 15 mph headwind and already having 220 miles in for the
weekend.  That is a great practice road as it climbs steady for a mile
before you even get to the real climb.  Nice roads and beautiful
country up that way.  I didn't realize how close we were to
Henderson.
