Glad you enjoyed it. If you want to make a healthier version, you can
substitute honey for the corn syrup and leave out the brown sugar.

ŒTailwind Granola²

1/2 Cup peanuts
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
2 cups raw oatmeal, quick or old fashioned
2 cups toasted rice cereal like rice krispies

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 tea. Vanilla

In a large bowl, mix the first group together.
In a microwaveable bowl mix the 2nd group except the vanilla. Microwave the
peanut butter mixture for 2 minutes. Stir and add vanilla. Add to the first
group. Mix well.

Pour into oiled 9 x 13 pan, press firmly. Let stand at least an hour (if you
can wait that long!) and cut into squares.
