Well put.  I am not as disciplined but you can get a really good workout on a 
trainer and I like my cycleops fluid.  I also recommend the Spinervals DVD's as 
a good addition.  They help you stay focused.  Good Christmas stocking stuffer. 
 It's a way to ride when you don't want to ride in the dark or rain.
