It is a great small local race. 300 yd pool swim, 14.8 mile bike on my favorite road in Roanoke Rapids, there are some rolling hills and some flats, its a great mix. The run is rolling hills for 3.1 miles including one great long not too steep downhill that is great for really stretching your legs out and one Steep short climb at mile 2.1 that is sure to get your attention. Let me know if anybody plans to head this way, I may try to do a cookout or something at my house afterwards...
