KP, Steven and I cruised a sanely pace from Red Oak out to Whitakers/ Gold Rock area for 41.5 miles. We got to Whitakers averaging 22mph for the first hour. I don't know what KP was thinking!?!? Then we found some wind and settled down a bit for the return trip. We were doing one mile pulls into the wind. KP and I would go a little longer at times setting up Steven for the the hill sections. Home field advantage. 20.4mph at the finish. Great ride!
