Strong herd of one left my house at 2:45 this afternoon. Rode out Nash and saw another solo COW on his way back in. Not sure who it was though. Took a left on Packhouse. Took Packhouse to Bloomery. Bloomery to W Hornes Church to Liles. Took Liles to Hwy 97. That was certainly the highlight of the ride. Topped out at 32 mph. Only stayed on 97 for a few miles. Back on Liles to Broken Rd. Too many roads to remember but think took Old Smithfield back to W Hornes Church, Bloomery, Packhouse, and finally back to Nash. On the way back in saw who I believed to be Bob L on his way out. Total ride was 36 miles. Averaged just over 18 mph today. Lots and lots and lots of wind.
