A trio rolled out of DD this morning at 06:00 to start the day with a steady
tempo ride. Nick (good to see him back in the peloton), Steve S. and LR pulled
on to Nash St in cool temps with a fog that was hanging at the tree tops yet
never made it all the way to the ground. Off of Nash St. and on to Lake Wilson
the group rode into Elm City, turned on to West Langley then on to London
Church. The ride enjoyed fresh pavement turning onto Hwy 97 before returning
to DD on 58/Nash St. A very steady temp ride, the work on the front was shared
by all. We even managed to sort out the current state of the professional
cycling world with analysis and projections for the Tour of California and the
Giro de Italia! 20 at 20 (20 miles at a 20 avg).

Great way to start the day!

Note to Scotland Neck riders...Nick is ready. :)
