Hit speeds up to 46 and cornering lasted 15 min or more. Did three of
these. It was a major rush. The most fun I've ever had on a bike. Did the climb that lasted over an hr. 2100 feet. We had 30 miles of climbing before this big climb. I worked in the power zone upper EM and tempo and some SS and felt great going up. For the first time I feel like I can do BSG. IF and only if I work in the zones that I learned about this week. It's been a great experience. Tomorrow will be a lot of the same. Oh today was 65 miles and 6000 feet of climbing and for the first time I was tired at the end but could have kept going if needed. Was ready for some food.

The wee factor applied today in the most extreme way. Great great day on my bike.
