Gary Medlin and i did 110 miles to Kerr dam and around lake gaston. Humidity through the roof. Felt like I swam before riding I was so wet.
Pace was just over 20 but included several slow roll outs. Actual ride pace about 21. Gary rode great and held my back wheel all but a handful of climbs. He reminded me about 10 times that he is double my age! (26 and 52) Great temps today for a long ride.
