....good point. 3pm today at the Y. Yoga also helped the shoulder comeback pretty quickly. It was tough at first to do the yoga and have a shoulder injury but I attribute the somewhat rapid recovery to the water and the mat. bcbs scammers~ Wait till you get my age and check your health ins premiums out.
