B.Wally, Kaiser, Chad, Vino, Jenifer and I Cruise out of Wilson, north to Bend of the River, Jack's Grocery, S. Halifax, 301 to Elm City, then E. Langley, Pridgen back to 58. Everybody taking long steady pulls today. Good effort from all. Congrats to Jenifer for hanging with the guys today and for her own 21/23 mph pull. Kaiser still sporting his race numbers is barely holding the peloton together back to Wilson. Vino breaks away on the home stretch only to be swallowed up by Kaiser and BW. We ended up with 30 miles and a 20 mph and change average. Post ride conversation eventually turned to recovery drinks and we soon scattered. Great ride today as always!
