Sure. Lots of information. Will get this published on our chat room sometime (tonight?). I have been turned down for my term life insurance policy owing to heart failure. Time to go to the scooter store. Doc

In the end it all depends on what you intend to do with the information. If you just want an idea or "rule of thumb" of how many calories you are burning then any one of the various formulas out there will work. If you are going to regulate a training diet based on the data then you might want a more sophisticated formula that takes more variables into account; gender, age, weight, some measure of exertion etc. there are lots of these out there. Better still get a heart rate monitor. Then you will know you are about to die trying to hang on Turbo's wheel when he decides to go NASCAR. Just my two cents. Where are you Doc? Any insight on this one? Just a different way to look at it.
