I cannot wait to hear about your upcoming adventures. You have become a
running machine. Make sure you are putting a couple of recovery days in your
schedule. You are going to rock MCM. Coaching has changed my whole lifestyle
even on the course. There was a guy cramping out on the run and I couldn¹t
just run past him. I had to stop and then run to the aid station and get him
some salt. It wasn¹t too much farther down the course that the his cramping
was gone and he was on his way again. That whole event probably took 4
minutes. I still would have not finished in under my anticipated time of 3
hours. But if I had not stopped I don¹t know if he would have finished at
all. Even coaching on the course I guess. Overall a great weekend. Glad DC
was finally truly rewarded for his efforts. He got some good SWAG for the
win. Train smart and well.
