Four brave souls, Doc, Weatherman, Bob L and I left DD shortly after 7:30 determined to spit in the face of Sandy and steal a ride. One third Belgian with winds ene steady 15 gusting over 20. Hwy 58, bend of the river, s. Halifax through elm city. Weatherman and Bob did most of the head wind work. Heading in on s. Halifax, 301 and lake Wilson, wheeeeee! Great day to be on the bike.
