Idk if this makes any since but 151 watts avg for me is enjoying a nice
cruising around. Maybe a 70% effort. Considered a mid endurance effort. This is
different for everyone though. Anyway.....

DC, Kinnie and Bob L left DD in pursuit of a 40 mile route with a 151 watt
effort. I’m still not sure what the 151 watt effort equates to without a
power meter, but I think it must be about a 155 heart rate for this old
guy. DC’s route took us through town to Wiggins Mill and Boswellville
Road. We headed to Black Creek along the CF metric century route and then
took 117 to Blalock. After a brief stop at the CStore in Lucama, we headed
up Radford to Lamm, Merck and Packhouse. I was able to hold onto the
speedsters until we crossed Airport on Nash. Fortunately, I had an
excuse...my rear tire wore through the tread and went down.

39.8 miles at a 19+ average. Any power numbers will have to come from
Kinnie. Fun, but cold, day on the bike.
