Sorry, but as much as I love and respect *lisp (as any emacs user must), that doesn't mean it should go into the shells category. It would mean that all interpreters with a system interface (perl, python, cint, et al) would fall into the shell category as well, which would make 'shell' just a subset of 'interpreter'. Although this is technically true, we have two categories for a reason so we might as well use them appropriately.
Sorry, but devel and interpreters should be enough for clisp imho.
