-E:     use IE connection settings for downloading
-H:     give a proxy name to use ...
-P:     give a proxy port to use ...
-a:     install everything
-u:     uninstall everything
-e:     re-install everything

Summary of the followups:
  -H does not clash with -h for help, but Rob doesn't like it.
  -P "name:port" for proxy would be preferred instead of
     -H proxy-host -P proxy-port
