Hi Yaakov, This thread originally started off on the cygwin mailing list but I've transferred it to cygwin-ports where it's probably more appropriate. I originally asked about whether jack had ever been ported to cygwin and you replied:-

I already had something installed called 'libart_lgpl2' (2.3.20-1) and I've just installed everything else that begins with "arts". This has given me something in /bin/ called artsshell.exe. However, when I re-run qjackctl I still get the same output.. Could you make an educated guess at what's wrong?
