WFM, but you could try bumping the timeout in qjackctl settings, or on
the command line by prepending -t 1000 (or more).  Also make sure that
cygserver is installed as a service, is running, that the CYGWIN
variable contains "server", and that there are no dangling Shared Memory
or Semaphores with ipcs(8) and ipcrm(8).  Don't forget rebaseall either.
