The announcement was a bit delayed (on the server end), but the binary
package is now in Ports as of this morning.

Applied, thanks.

The idea was that the dialog should be fully vendor-brandable. The
default VENDOR_NAME_SHORT is indeed "X.Org", but that's replaced with
the Cygwin/X branding through a configure flag; having "X.Org X.Org X
server" obviously makes no sense. I still need to un-hardcode the
website URI and use VENDOR_WEB instead as well to fully achieve this.

Testing again today, now the xine menu is working correctly in
multiwindow, but:
* if you look carefully, you can see that the window decoration is first
made, then disappears instantly. Now I noticed that happens on other
shaped windows as well.
* the menu appears in the Windows taskbar (as "xiTK Window"); this does
not occur in the Xfce desktop.
* each submenu behaves as another window as well.

Then I'll proceed with the ITA on cygwin-apps@; the beauty of modular
X11 is that I can always make another build of xorg-server before the
actual upload if needed.
