Also, when you have a chance, I noticed something else.   It appears
that the window geometry is being computed from the window contents,
ignoring the window decoration even when present.  The problem arises
when the window is opened at e.g. +0+0, then the window decoration is
off the top of the screen.  Examples include xine (display window) and
xvkbd (About dialog).
