Hi,
After having some similar problems with dependencies, here is the way
I did the installation (of kdebase + konsole but perhaps it will help)
:
1) install from internet a cygwin instance from a mirror
2) run setup.exe -X, select install from internet from cygwinports
mirror and choose what you want
3) run setup.exe -X, select install from internet from a mirror, don't
add anything and the missing libraries will be added automatically,
downloaded and installed.
(at least, it was the case for me)
The -X option permit to force the installation, even if the .ini
timestamps are not correct.
