What is THAT?
Scouring the net and list archives brought up the information that the
culprit is gnome-doc-utils.
So I removed mine and cygport-installed GDU 0.2.12-2 from your trunk.
But the error stayed, yet I'm pretty sure it must be related to doc
utils.
BTW, the "invalid subject code" problem is fairly known and widely
reported, just not many solutions.
cygport *DID* run automake and friends, so everything was built from
scratch that way. Odd.
